Poor start for Terra Nova. No doubt about it - it should have done better than that and it definitely won't be sticking around unless it holds all that audience.
Great night for CBS - their comedies are off to an absolute flying start to the season. Incredibly strong numbers - and reward for the efforts they've put into building such a strong roster - something the other networks are now trying to follow.
A night to forget for ABC and NBC. The latter might not have been expecting a whole lot else, but there must be concerns for the former about DWTS. This seasons could be a really tough one - especially when The Voice returns to add to the Monday pile-up in February.
Victory for comedy! Amazing level of dominance and it makes it quite obvious why the networks are placing such emphasis on them. I wish British broadcasters saw the same opportunity...

Wondering if ITV will put Downton Abbey's Christmas special on Christmas Day this year or go for the more lucrative option of Sunday 18th after The X Factor final.
