Now you're just tempting me into making an ever more un-PC remark than usual.
But this time, I've managed to resist and will leave it to the imagination of others!

Run, Alex, run - no, don't - we need you!
Haha Lindy, reminds me of that really cool German film 'Run Lola Run' - only with Franka Potente instead of me!!

I think Alex is turning into his namesake.

I had memories of the Rich side poor side when Alex picked all the girls to be with him.

Afternoon all. My internet connection is causing BIG BIG headaches so if I'm not around, would someone please take the rehearsal.

Hopefully we will get a new router and it will solve the problem. Keep your fingers crossed.

See some of you on Saturday. Really looking forward to it.

that is a brilliant youtube of John. He is so photogenic and has such an expressive face....
I hadnt realised how much I prefer him with blonde hair...... or maybe its just that the photos of him with blonde hair make him look more relaxed or more cheeky somehow.
Thanks for all your comments on my Josie post on the court thread.

Just to clarify, I haven't changed my views on her. But rather sought to highlight that really people on the various ATs and the CT are really not as far apart as many like to make out. If you strip away the polemic language, ok we all still have unchanged (different) views but I can perfectly well understand where each FM is coming from (whether they be JAT, JJAT, JJJAT or CT) and (in theory at least) that should make it easier to communicate despite the different views. In one sense it is easier for those on the JAT and the JJAT as they have a clear, unambiguous primary loyalty and I accept that it's tougher on the JJJAT where most do have a genuine liking for both (albeit in some cases a clear preference for one). And of course there are others who (quite healthily) couldn't by now give two hoots about either of them!!!

And now that I'm comfortable Josie's not damaging John's ambitions in any way, I'm less inclined to get annoyed by the anti-John digs in the editorials. After all, it wasn't just Josie's slurs which led to him being billed in the media more as a villain than a saint . . . she's just writing in line with the media stereotype of him.
I sort of agree....but.......she didnt/doesnt have to go along with that side of his character, but maybe he would prefer to be seen as some kind of bad boy?

Hi everyone, just popping in to check you're all ok. Still miles behind re christmas, have a feeling a two hour session on Amazon should sort most of it out though. I'm this rare thing among women I HATE SHOPPING!!!

We have two new additions to the family, my budgies have arrived, Dizzy and Jazz. They're really cute but have the unfortunate habit of throwing millet all over the floor, they're also rather noisy when the tv is on. Is this why they needed a new home, lol? I am such a soft touch.

Hope those of you going to lunch tomorrow have a lovely time. I look forward to hearing all the gossip later. Enjoy yourselves and have fun.

Okay guys, now I feel terrible.....

I just had to admit to my daughter (aged 27) that I am meeting up for the JJAT lunch tomorrow - in London To say she is amazed, appalled and worried would be putting it mildly!!

I quote: ' But mum, how do you know who they really are? Would you like me to do it?? I'll have to come with you to make sure you're safe' etc, etc. It's very touching, but now I'm worried

a) because she's worried, and
b) in case she does something similar and gets carried off into the unknown!!!

What are we like? I am confident (I think ) that you lot are okay, but what about all the other nutters out there?

The only solution will be to actually meet up, and then tell her never to do as I do........

Oh, and I have to text her when I get there, and when I leave, just to reassure her - better write that on the back of my hand

Look forward to seeing you tomorrow

Has Alex joined the Chippendales, is that why he's become so elusive??!!! Did someone save me a front row seat? I'm supreme with a bottle of baby oil.

Great to see you back Deefs. Hope you're fighting fit.

Hi all, just had a skim thru as I haven't been on for a while, but you are always in my thoughts

I was reading thru but then got distracted by Alex's post on the Court Thread, ended up reading thru and posting there.

I wanted to be all analytical and make a great post, but I find my ability to sit and think about the JJJ experience and then verbalise it seems to have disappeared, perhaps I've finally gone into overload

Hope you all have a wonderful day at your gathering today, have a drink for me
