Thanks for this Augusta. It does kind of make sense to me too. It seems plausable that he may have met Sherrie in the past as she is his friend's cousin and carried on contact through e-mails. To my mind though this wouldn't be the reason he was so undemonstrative as it's not exactly the same as being in a relationship if your just chatting online - I have always thought his holding back had more to do with the fact that he saw Josie more as a friend rather than a girlfriend.

So funny Lindy - this sounds ridiculous but I'm so proud of the fact that I've started reading again - I have always loved reading but got so involved in the world of JJJ that I hadn't looked at a book for ages - and my husband commented that it was good to see me reading a book rather than staring at the computer!!! I must admit that I have avoided The Lovely Bones though!! Too sad for me. My daughter knows what I'm like and she warned me about it after she had read if - even though she said it was very good.

I expect you have mixed feelings about your daughter's things - it's sad to see them go but fantastic to reclaim the space!xx

I agree Ucra, this does not mean anything really, as they could be wanting to say that John was SO much better in all ways but were wanting to treat the new love with some sympathy as he is not (yet) a zeleb

So much for those pics being papped!! It's obvious that they knew they were being photographed - he's staring at the camera in one of them!! And in another one Josie is holding her t-shirt at the back which looks to me like she's trying to flatter her figure a bit more. I'm trying not to care or be nasty but it's not fair for John to be criticised for his photos when it seems clear she has done the same!!

As for comparing the two of them - I suppose that's what mags do. I thought John looked blimmin gorgeous in that suit but he certainly didn't seem himself by the time that pic was taken. He had dyed his hair, I'm sure he told us at the time he preferred it blonde, and looked a bit uncomfortable being paraded around in front of photographers etc. Wasn't that the night the photo was taken on them sitting miles apart in the limo? I bet if we were to compare how he looks in that photo to one taken as he is now we would see huge changes!!

I think it's a brilliant idea and one I wish we could adopt in my family!! I dropped a hint about marriage to my daughter's bf now there's a baby on the way, but I didn't get much response I honestly feel that the financial burden of getting married if why so many couples don't bother these days.

As for John and MLDenim - yes I agree - I'll be so disappointed if he's not involved.

I saw the comments in that article and I took it to mean that there was no contest basically. They knew the pics were being taken. John is far better looking than the current squeeze and a lovely person. I cant speak for the other one but time will tell. The BIB was after the article came out about the abortion and they had argued. Now I know what went on you can see how awkward he feels having to pretend that everything is fine.

I hope that John is involved in the MLDenim launch it would be great to see his face again.

It must have been very awkward and uncombortable for him to stand there and smile like he was the happiest peson in the world when we know the problems they were having. I remember a video I saw with a clip of him and JJ at that last perfume launch during an unguarded moment and he looked so bleak and unhappy. I suppose it's inevitable that he is going to be compared to the new bf but hopefully that will wear off soon.

just for accuracy........these photos are the same as the ones used for the NOW article and the ones in Heat.....

they are both wearing the same clothes and doing the same things in all 3 articles...but this one in the mail is saying it was done after the night out with KK et al.....

I dont have any problem with Josie seeing Luke at all, and im glad she has moved on.......
but I still think John is better looking.....isnt it ironic that he is still getting photos in the press....despite not asking for it at all!!!

I do agree there seems to be some air of sympathy for him doing mags without being on a public media show like John.But he is more her wavelength than John was and they are being polite in that respect.

Hi Crisi, I'm sorry to say that I even gave up my book club because I have had no time to read over the last year Am really only just getting back into it, and yes - the 'Lovely Bones' had me in tears within the first few pages! Am persevering but I'm not sure for how long. I had got 'One Day' which is a nice easy romance, but my other daughter took itaway on holiday with her. It has come back covered in sand but may be my next read......

Yep, really missing both daughters Just as I think I've got to grips with them having left home (they are well old enough!!) something else crops up and sets me off. But then, my mum is nearly 90 and I know she's still like that with me......so maybe it'll always be the same

And mentionsI am thinking what would happen then if it was known he is coming to the UK,the media will want a piece of him.Fortunately for him he still has a place,no body in BB12 is going to topple him.

It will be a good move for MLDenim if he is modelling for him.Revealing a John James UK launch prematurely wouldnt have been a good idea.The muckers would be bombarding him with nasty tweets.
