OMG ! Have just had an email apparently from my bank, asking me to verify online banking details as ''someone has been trying to access my account'' and they need to verify my details. Started to reply, and then thought - not before time - no, THIS email is trying to access my account

Got onto bank immediately and it IS a scam to access my details. Be warned JJAT - it is so easy to helpfully send a reply and you can't take it back once you've hit that send button!

Can I join the club, my husband's birthday is 16th December? Isn't that weird as I seem to recall there's quite a few of us who have birthdays in August as well.

Hi Lindy, thank goodness you realised in time. No bank would ever contact you by email for this kind of information as email is one of the most insecure forms of communication, so I'm told. They would always ring you or write. I know as twice before we've had someone try to use our credit card and the bank were on it straight away with an automated phone call.

Barclays has told me that BANKS DO NOT EMAIL THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALL COMMUNICATION IS IN WRITING.

Great to see the thread bounding along still near the top of the AT front page. And I gather the big news here is that one of our regulars is now on twitter - who better suited than an FM whose DS posts would probably transfer neatly without needing to use twitlonger!!

Alex still favourite to win at the bookies, but I can't see beyond an Aaron win given the obsessive nature of his fanbase (and facebook voting * 6). The main chance Alex had of winning disappeared I think when Jay survived to the final, as those two will now split the anti-vote. Those conspiracy theorists who think BB is anti-Aaron should ponder on why they didn't target Jay more if that were really the case. I also see that the ratings have fallen off a bit once Anton left at end of week 7.

Haven't seen any news from John, other than soccer (yawn!). Just as an aside, I'm finally starting to warm a little towards Josie on the BOTS quiz . . . now that she's stopped being so full of herself/pushy and seems finally to realise her own limitations by comparison with the likes of Jamie and Alice who do have genuine quick wit and intellect. And nice to see Jamie publicly gave her due credit after the last episode of the quiz. I must be going soft!

I'm still getting far more entertainment following Rebeckah instead of BB12, but I'll pop back here shortly with the best ever episode of Mood Indigo's genius from BB11.

and Im enjoying the post rehearsal celebrations.....ive always liked the idea of a cocktail hour.....

especially the glamourous ones from the 20s with cocktail dresses and a beautiful setting....I went to a wonderful cocktail party for a graduation ceremony.....with a whole range of things to try...

and I was the designated driver...!!!...

the orange juice was nice!!!!
