Pickles your poem is briil, might have to have a competition with you gussie and lover is it just me or when somebody posts a youtube clip i watch it and then a few others that are on the same link? When you see what they had, you'd wonder how could they let it all go,so so sad IMO it's a combination of PRIDE, STUBBORNESS and DISTANCE, stopping them from at least being friends maggi x

Dunno whether i have this 100% but Arthur's day is the day the gates were opened on the Guinness brewery by Arthur Guinness and 1759 is the time it happened, think it's just getting celebrated in last few years, bands start playing in venues around Dublin at 17.59. can't stand the stuff myself maggi x

Arthurs day is Arthur Guinness's birthday and they celebrate it every year at 17.59 by raising a pint of Guinness in honour of him (any excuse for a drink)

Hello one and all hows everyones day going?

Ive just bought a freezer - how thrilling! Its a chest thing for the garage - even more thrilling eh!

Am trying to buy a bed but its so difficult! Our bed is well over 14 years old and the mattress is paper thin and the time is right but oh decisions decisions lol Ive managed to narrow it down to three different styles have booked marked them ready for BF to look at not even gonna start with mattresses!

Can I just say - This thread is full to the brim with super talented poem writing ladies! There will have to be a book as Wendy (hello Wendy xx GD home today?!) suggested - Id buy it and all profits to go towards hiring a private investigator in Melbourne!!

Im off to do some work well not real work as was on this computer till very late last night trying to design a flippin invoice template for BFs business! Thought I was doing Ok quite frustrated and all that,asked daughter for help and whoosh she deleted my attempt - just like that!!! I counted to ten very very slowly and walked away from the computer before it found itself in the soggy garden!!! ( with daughter!) (JOKE!)Note to self must ask BF about overtime pay!! lol
