Nancy should have gone home weeks ago. I didn't think that JR's jive was all that great. He has energy, but no real finesse.

JR's jive was disappointing ( I agree with otheres in that I think Hope's jive was the best) but he is still the best of the remaining celebs by far)

I loved Hopes Quickstep dress(hated her jive outfit)

The Micheal Jackson stuff was amazing.

I don't usually look at the US thread as I prefer to wait & see the show the following week, but can't watch it next week, so have sneaked a look.

Haven't seen any of the dances, but soooooooooo pleased Nancy is out. How has she managed to stay in so long? Presumably she is very popular at whatever it is she does in America?

When she did the jive on Hallowe'en night it was one of the worst jives I've seen on dwts (she should have gone then instead of David), but she had the enormous vanity to say she thought they did a really good jive with lots of energy ...... etc.

Honey, how deluded can you be?

I really do think it was Tristan's personality that kept her in that extra week, to be honest.

You could be right - that routine he did when he was dressed as a medieval knight (or whatever?) was hilarious. If he's in the show next year I hope he gets a good partner - or better still, perhaps he could get kicked off dwts and scd could have him?!?

I have to agree that DWTS is just better all round this year. The pros are more competetive and invested, the celebs more focused and the production more slick. The quality of the dance is much higher. And they don't have wardrobe malfunctions every week... I'm loving it.

Oops! I didn't know because I am on UK time, but having found out I am delighted! Nancy is a pill. What an unpleasant and deluded woman she is!

Don't know how Tristan put up with her. She was SO rude to him! Her jive was shite.

Tristan's halloween costume was fantastic. DWTS wardrobe people are brilliant.

...Except for Karina's tango outfit, which may well be the worst costume ever seen on DWTS (or SCD too, for that matter)!

And of course Hope's Rumba outfit. She looked straight out of the cast of "Shunned by Tramps", the yet to be conceived - not by me, I hate musicals - story about a downtrodden girl who is so poor, even the homeless people despise her and shoo her away.

Managed to catch this week's last night (already knew who'd been eliminated courtesy of browsing the DailyMail website - that'll teach me) I really really really enjoyed Hope's dance, they were much improved due to his change of approach, I loved watching them.

Len seemed to have mellowed this week (wonder if that was due to having a weekend off from SCD?) have to admit it makes me smile that he is the critic they want to impress in this whereas he's a far more kindly figure in SCD.

I agree, it was horrid. And as for the boots! No wonder her dance looked so awful, she didn't stand a chance.

Probably because they (the pro dancers anyway) know that he is the only one of the 3 judges who actually knows what he is talking about. Bruno knows very little and his behaviour is a disgrace, and unfortunately Carry-Ann is following in his direction.

I was amazed but pleased to see Nancy make a great exit speech and be so lovely to Tristan - I think he was suddenly choked by her niceness!

I do wish SCD had not turned him down - he's a great pro.

I wish it was David in the final three with Ricki and JR, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

PS I'm another that thinks DWTS is better than SCD this year

O yeah, the boots. I'm sure a ripple has gone through the dancing world. Rumba up next? Hold on, I don't have my Rumba boots on! Or: Rumba? Can't do it today my love. I ordered my Rumba boots last week, but there's an eight week waiting list. You know, ever since Hope....

I've not watched Saturday's SCD yet, barely watched the week's before and yet I'm really looking forward to getting rid of the kids tomorrow evening for a couple of hours and catching up with tonight's DWTS!

Just been watching the vids (thanks Force 10) Hope is probably going but my main thoughts are how the hell is Rob getting such high marks and Carrie Ann needs to go as a judge she is a total joke. Bit worried for JR too, hope he gets through and that his ankle stands up

Rob is being overmarked to get rid of Hope imo.
I actually prefer Hope to Rob & I would love to see her in the final.

Ricki & JR are both so good but I think Ricki is beginning to edge away technically from JR.

I missed Tristan this week but not Nancy.

Rob was so overmarked that is was laughable. Even before the relay blablabla - BTW that was a real let down - I knew Rob would get the 10 points and Hope just 4.
I heard the Hollywood Sign now reads ROB FINAL 3.
And Carry-Ann is hacking out Rob's head at Mount Rushmore.

I hope this setup bites them in the ass, but I'm affraid the gap is too big.

The judges have already decided who they want in the finals forget about what the fans want.

Carrie Ann is a terrible judge. I'm wondering how much the kardashians are paying her for giving Rob those undeserved high marks.

Never warmed to Nancy....she was a Pain to her Pro Dancer Tristan.

Hope's jive was fantastic especially given how poor she was the first time she performed it. Hopefully Hope and Maks's new attitude has earned them some new fans.
Still don't see any connection between Hope and maks... Both Dances; they looked at the end, as if they Hated each other....imo.
