I think they're funny...I just wish they were crueler to the identikit crooning girls who do the typical R n' B tracks that manage to stretch one line over thirty warbling seconds and then put them through with a pat on their backs.....

I agree most with Sharon this year...the fellow (Ori/Odi? something like that) who Simon and Louis both fell head over heels in love with, I just didn't see any spark in them. The only people who I enjoyed were Jacki, Mark (the one who sung Mandy) and the two boybands.
Admittedly, the second boyband have more talent....the first one are more commercial. |

I liked Odis (or whatever his name was - didn't catch it). But I agree with you about the others, especially Mark.

From what I've seen so far the talent seems to be in the groups rather than the individual singers. I felt the same as Sharon about Odis(?), nice voice but that was it. I'd agree with him though that it would be good for him, and for us watching, if he got Sharon as his mentor.

I haven't seen anyone I really like yet. Everyone has been pretty average so far and I don't think anyone I've seen would make a long lasting career in the music industry

I'm just enjoying watching the show. i found last night's show hilarious - esp. that woman who sang in 4 different voices, that Simon said was something out of the exorcist. i was almost crying

I was falling about last night too, I think this show is the best comedy I have seen for a long time! When Louis bottled out of taking the Irish woman to dinner, and was hiding was hilarious!
Anyone watching the ITV2 thingy now? Also very entertaining. The 41 year old twins - when Simon said they were like I dream of Jeannie 30 years on! hahaha! |
