Does the Samsung CW21M063NS / CZ21M063NS 4:3 flat screen TV, have a 16:9 widescreen mode, to even the picture out? So, it puts black bars on the top and bottem of the screen.

You would need to look in the picture menu to see if the option was there.

The UK Samsung website will also tell you in the specs of the TVs listed there.
