I don't believe it has been posted in full on here? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Spoiler
The city of London, 22 April 2011 – soaring buildings, glittering and mighty under a perfect blue sky, and life tumbling onto pavements below. And horse-drawn Roman chariots driving through the streets. And a Victorian steam train on a monorail… hang on, like in a sci-fi city, but with Romans and steam trains? And hot air balloons? And pterodactyls? And Charles Dickens appearing on BBC One’s Breakfast! Something isn’t quite right…

In Buckingham Senate, at 5.02pm, Holy Roman Emperor Winston Churchill calls for his Soothsayer to be fetched from the Tower. Greying, unkempt, older, tireder, but unmistakably – it’s the Doctor. “Tick tock goes the clock,” Winston tells him, “but they don’t, do they? The clocks never tick.” It’s always 5.02pm these days. All of history is happening at once. “What happened to time?” asks Winston. The answer, it seems, is a woman…

Sounds as bonkers as I expected.

I think I'll need a link before I believe that completely, it sounds a bit too mad..... so can you post your source please?

Spoiler
Plus we know Amy, Rory, River and the 1103 year old Doctor are in Utah on 22nd April 2011

And the trailer showed pyramids...

If there's a link, I'll believe it, if not, I'm not convinced.

Although if it is true, I think the woman is River, not Amy!

I went looking for the Radio Times piece, and it makes the episode synopsis sound a bit more believable to be honest! The OP's post seems to be a synopsis of the first few minutes only!

RT link here; http://www.radiotimes.com/blog/2011-...r-song-preview

Spoiler
Now the 22nd April thing makes sense. And I'm doubly convinced the woman referred to is River, not Amy - it is called The Wedding of River Song, after all, and Amy was the pivot of last year's finale, so as much as I love Karen Gillan's acting, I doubt she'll be the focus again.

This bit intrigues me most though: a phone call with tear-jerking news - I have a strange feeling that involves Amy, Rory and River somehow....

I'm also increasingly thinking that this will be Alex Kingston's Doctor Who swansong...

ETA: “hell in high heels” - has to refer to River!

So time stops at the exact minute the Doctor dies?

21-09-2011
Theory but in spoilers as it contains some of the original spoiler.

Spoiler
What if this is caused by somebody (River?) trying to stop the Doctor's death, time stopped at the same moment the Doctor "died" but he can't be dead if he's in the Tower (presumably ...of London), so this is the consequence of the Doctor not dying, or the actions taken to prevent him dying.

Sounds like Moffat's usual guff! It sounds very 'kitchen sink'-esque.

Spoiler
The 'unusual use for a bow tie' makes me think of someone saying it holds his DNA. Can't remember where that came from... Simon Callow returning as Dickens for a cheap gag doesn't fill me with much glee...

Sounds like you have already made up your mind. I happen to love that guff so I guess I've made up my mind as well.

I wonder how much of the Doctor's death we are going to revisit.

Was'nt there something in something in some episodes lately of clocks without hands, well that explains that then.Obviously this all goes back to the cracks again, time bleeding into itself all at once. I think the "hell in high heels" is Kavorian

All sounds like great fun.
Also sounds like it won't comfortably fit into one 45 minute episode?

Why are peoples theory's being put in spoiler tags. If it's just your own guess it's not a spoiler therefore dosen't need a tag?

Poor TARDIS, she got it wrong again.
Spoiler
She brought everything back but all at the same time!

And the woman, well it has to be River,

I think I'm going to like this as much as I liked AGMGTW the first time around. So I'll stop caring, pretend I'm a 5 year old on acid and go along for the ride:yawn:

So the whole universe is merely a figment of the Doctor's imagination?

Then may be he'll wake up in a shack with a cat. "Pussy like the fish? Nice piece of fish..."
