It was Linseyap who made it for me as a prize for one of her quizzes
Yep so I knew both of you were involved & guessed it was Yap who did this bit of masterful imagery for us all really (even though it was a pressie for you! )

Welcome Josh!

Oh yes that was me Prize for one of my quizzes

I'm seriously considering forcing my sister to turn the car around as soon as she gets in from work to go to the airport
oh do!!!!!! She'd have a laugh too....if you have a bit of spare time this eve...may make an uber fan out of her too while you're at it!!

I'll try and convince her when she gets in Depends if she's kept in though, she's supposed to finish at 6:15pm and it takes about half an hour to get home and the airport is back in the direction she came!

It's the Orkney show tomorrow then Shetland on Saturday and Sunday, Inverness next Wednesday.

Also, this may have been mentioned in the previous thread, but DS have reviewed Matt's single and only gave it 3 stars!! As usual, there's a load of comments below that make it sound as if it was worse than Cher Lloyd's 'Swagger Jagger.' *shudders*

I always think that a stripped back song sorts out the men from the boys, some just cant get away with it at all. I could happily listen to a whole album of Matt like this An idea for the future perhaps..............

FWIW the DS music lot have always been hostile to Matt - I seem to remember one of them at least had a serious crush on Rebecca during the show. And there's the whole 'a real man/male musician wouldn't win XF' thing, married to a desire that the narrative of 'all male winners are flops' should continue because it's a better & easier story.

The comments are stunningly predictable, but I laughed out loud at one of them for its artlessness- 'the thing I hate about him is that he wants to be a credible musician instead of accepting he has to be sniggered at by pseuds like me' (I'm paraphrasing). The fact DS claim to rate The Saturdays (possibly the worst live act Ive ever seen or heard) puts the tin lid on it for me. Er - JMO of course
