Jamak I have just spent time going through my wardrobe seeing what I have that is suitable for 28th. I am just layering my clothing thermals and all LOL and will peel them off as and when lol ROFL. Plenty of black in my wardrob.

Top XF performances: I don't actually watch the show. i only found out about Matt afterwards so I went back and watched some Youtube videos. Therefore I'm not entirely sure that I've seen them all. But... I do like: 1. Nights in White Satin. 2. Here With Me. 3. (Suprisingly) Baby one more time.

When 'When We Collide' came out. It was hard to avoid it!! I love that song anyway but was impressed with his voice on it so decided to do a little 'research', found Seven Summers... listened to their music non stop for months and saw Matt's youtube videos and caught up on Cardle World.

I was never really a fan of Darwyn. I'm not sure why... their music just didn't grab me like Seven Summers.

Right! Understand now. I don't remember being asked these, so here are my newbie answers...

1: Matt Hat, though I'm not unduly bothered either way.
2: Don't care because....
3: I'm all about the music.
4: I will always be a massive Seven Summers fan, but love several Darwyn tracks just as much & have an extremely high opinion of Ali.

Yep I hope so too ...............weird its going to be that hot though at this time of the year. They know I am coming up to Scotland thats what it is.

It took me quite a while for Darwyn to grow on me. I put it down to the piano, which doesn't always work imho. Guess I was lucky to have come across 7S relatively early on. Their album was on repeat for a year in my car. Now I have 'The Essex Album', which I compiled from 7S, my favourite Matt XF performances, Degrees and my favourite Darwyn tracks. It will all change again once Letters arrives.

It must have been interesting to watch the YTs of the show without the hysteria surrounding it at the time. I think it your top 3 you have picked upon 3 of the most popular at the time, alon with First Time. When were incensed when he was asked to do HMBOMT and complained bitterly all week that he was being stitched up but, for me, with KIWS, it was his stand out performance of the series - I still watch it back.

I personally just think that Darwyn is less well developed than 7S. There are, for me, about half a dozen tracks that are absolutely amazing but much of the rest is still "in development", though I do like that some of the Darwyn songs are about things other than girls

I have to agree with you wkd, although he has developed his voice since his darwyn days his song writing talent was obvious I do love everything about 7S though.. that album is the most played in my collection..although I think its about to be taken over very soon
