I have to say after reading this thread, that i have been with 3 for 6 years now, and i have not got a single complaint, in all that time i have only ever had to speak to cs once regarding an issue with a handset, which they picked up and delivered back to me repaired within 48 hours of call, and the only other times i have spoken to them is retention/upgrade time, for me 3 are the best network i have been on, and i have been on all the other major players, vodafone/02/tmobile/orange, i very rarely have signal problems and i dont exactly live in a bustling city either, all in all i cannot complain about their service, infact i would go as far to say i would highly recommend them to anybody that asked my opinion

I'm with 3 and most of the time, they are good. But it doesn't suprise me. Sadly I had to make a complaint after them not following my requests on several occasions & was sick of it all. But eventually I got a response back which mostly satisfied me. I hate their call centre though, big time!! Can never understand them, it's hard enough with a hearing impairment >_<

I would never trust 3 with a contract again, after they managed to give me a sim card that was linked to another customers account which then took 4 phones calls to sort out, then once that was sorted despite assurances I would never have another problem with 3 they managed to lose my number whist porting it. Plus various other issues I had in the 18 month contract I had with them. I only use them on a PAYG basis for Mobile broadband.
