I dropped my Samsung Wave phone tonight and the screen has smashed in one corner and cracked all over. I have one year left on my contract. I have never had a contract phone before.

I am assuming they will no replace it as it's my fault I dropped it. However, can you upgrade and pay more per month? I don't understand it all so just thought it was easier to ask here and get a yes or no.

Whether you can upgrade now depends on your tariff and provider (and possibly how much you spend each month ).

Thankyou. I am with Virgin and it's usually about £22 per month. I don't use it much for calls or texts, mainly the internet. I guess I can just give them a call. I can use it unless the screen completely goes I guess.
