I had just got dolphin with free internet and had £7.53. I have just finished installing a custom android rom on my phone. Orange then text me to say I have £0.16. Then I called 453 and they say I have nothing. What can I do?

Thanks,

I'm no brain surgeon, but my suggestion would be to top-up?

Seriously though - if you've just moved onto Dolphin you'll get your free internet within 24 hours, either that or you've used your 100MB allowance.

Cheers for the reply.

I don't see why I should top up. I have been connected to my Wi-Fi the whole time.

Well, still no credit

Can you transfer credit from one phone to the other online?

There are two additional options:

You can go to Orange's website here https://services.orange.co.uk/sam/te...eb/sign_in.htm and send up to 30 texts a month free of charge to any UK mobile phone starting right now.

When you are next in credit again, you can activate their Reserve Tank option http://www1.orange.co.uk/service_pla..._overview.html which loans you £2.50 to make texts and calls at a higher rate if you run out of credit again and you pay them back the next time you top up.
