The house they were living in, when they recieved the invitation at the beginning of the series in TIA, is that the house they just recieved after leaving the doctor?

I'm slightly confused. Because when she went to America she was pregnant, saw the doctor die, became flesh etc had all the adventures, and said goodbye to the doctor.

If Amy and Rory HAD already left the doctor at the beginning of TIA, surely they would have already known that the Doctor would die at the lake? RIGHT?

No it's a different House.

Different Front Door (old house - glass Door New House - blue wooden door) and on a different street (you see the street in TIA when Amy answers the door to the postman).

1103 doctor sent the letter and messages in films to 909 doctors Amy and Rory for them to then meet up in america watch him die then to go on adventures.

One question I have with this. Would 1103 doctor not of had to go down a different route than that of 909. Because if 1103 doctor would not of sent letters that would mean that 909 doctor would not met with Amy and Rory again. IF you remember in IA he was not exactly willing to travel with them again.
