Problems with BT
My sister has returned to BT recently and had a few billing issues and this has resulted in her being cut off.
She wasn't put on incoming calls (which I thought was normal practice) but was disconnected straight away. First thing I need some information on: I was always under the impression that you had to be put on incoming calls for a certain amount of time before they disconnect you. I had an issue with a phone company some years back and it was made clear to me that this was normal procedure, Is this still the case? Also, who is the best person to send an email to with regards to the billing issues. Is there a particular person or department that are great for sorting out these kind of problems. Any help/ information is apprreciated. Many Thanks |
