i phone 4 help...

Can anybody help me, in dummy terms please....I have an iphone 4 for work....I plugged it into my laptop last night and updated it...since then even with the sound turned on full, there is no sound for incoming calls....I still have the other sounds like clicks when typing etc, but it just vibrates when someone rings me and no sound comes out at all....

I have reset it but it hasn't solved the problem? I am stumped!

If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate your help.

AHhh, problem solved...I think the rigtone has somehow got detlete dutring the update....!

you need to sync the ringtone in Itunes - theres various things you can click to make sure they sync - music, video etc etc - it could be that?

from memory when you click on your phone in itunes theres a list across the top of the centre of the screen - apps, music, video etc - click on these to see what is set up to sync - you can set up sync all or only ticked items.

hope that helps as im no itunes expert and had to learn to use it when i switched to the same phone as you.
