So, if you’re curious about who creates the winning looks for The X Factor live shows, you have come to the right place. Meet our style team - stylist Laury Smith, hairdresser Jamie Stevens and makeup artist Natalya Nair - who can’t wait to style The X Factor’s freshest new talent.

Fashion creative Laury has worked as Fashion Editor of the biggest selling men’s magazine FHM, as well as regularly contributing to L’Uomo Vogue, GQ and Oyster and has styled celebrities such as Lady GaGa, Kanye West, Britney Spears, Usher and the Pussycat Dolls. Twitter @laurysmith

Jamie Stevens, hairdresser-in-residence for TV shows This Morning, Gok’s Fashion Fix and How To Look Good Naked, was named Celebrity Hairdresser of the Year at the Clothes Show Live in June 2010 and regularly shoots and cuts for the likes of Kylie, Stella McCartney, Elle Macpherson, Eva Herzigova and Gok Wan. Make-up artist Natalya Nair, a new face on the industry scene, promises to make a dramatic and directional impact on this year’s show, crediting names such as Florence Welch, MIA, The XX, The Drums and Estelle amongst her repertoire of work. Twitter @NatalyaNair

Here's hoping they do a better job than the disastrous team last year!

I'm so glad that Grace Woodward isn't doing it again - not only were her choices for some of the contestants just wrong (Matt's yellow trousers ) but she seemed to have a really bad attitude.
