Although it's a lovely sunny day today - here in Bristol anyways. Beautiful - warmest it's been since April. Went for a mini hobble around the village just to soak up some sunshine.

This time last year we were all so excited with John and Josie moving in together and the beginning of the OK mag articles. I don't know the exact dates of everything but I'm sure someone out there does. I was contemplating joining DS and posting on the forum but kept putting it off, getting my courage together, as well as being aware that once I'd made that first post, I'd be hooked How right I was! Should stop being so damn right about myself. LOL

Can someone tell me how I find the thread I first posted on?

Thanks.”

Do you know which number it was?

Ah, Barbara! I knew it would be you but didn't want to presume Thanks so much. LOL. I still go along with those feelings even though I have moved on. (Ref back to yesterday) So still a couple of weeks to go before I can have my little celebration.

Good you are pain free Nathalie, keep up with the salt water for a good few days . Have a word with friends and family about dentists. If they recommend then that maybe the way to go next time

I was reading through and thinking how sad it was that so many had disappeared completely - there are a few who turn up every now and then - and there are still some going strong When I saw Cait and Shannon's names as the ones who welcomed me on, I thought, well, it had to be the Irish - who else? That's why I am subconsciously drawn to them Even my tormentor Dreamer

Lovely reading back to those exciting times. Thanks again, Barbara.

Hey, CS. So glad your pain is - hopefully - gone. As Wendy says - always listen to what mother hen Wendy says - keep up the salt water.

Been doing my exercises, Wendy, like a good girl, and upped the paracetamol/ibuprofen doses. I didn't realise that you could take 2 every 2 hours as long as you alternate them and there is at least a gap of 4 hours between a particular type. Mind you, I'm not a keen meds taker, so I'm not going down that route. They make you very tired.

Got just over 2 weeks to get back to normal and then a big personal celebration - lots of dancing and prancing

Sorry GD is living up to his name today .

Every single month I take both types at once - it's the only way that the pain eases - even a little bit. Then 4 hours later I take another 4 tablets - I do this for 24-48 hours!!

Junkie????
