Tbh, can't stand muscle bound men. I think that's why I liked John. Just the right amount - looked like a normal man's figure, not like someone who's about to turn into the incredible hulk.

Much better today. Thought I had a cold coming on this morning but the sunshine seems to have chased it away. Still feel an ache in my back but it's definitely moving on. Thank goodness.

Sorry to hear about GD. So is he still living up his name or is he just fed up with it all?

Both Kay and I have to say he's not looking too good. He's resting at the moment. He was a builder by trade all his life, plastering, floor screeding, tiling, ceilings, that sort of thing and his body is riddled with arthritis and because he hasn't taken cod liver oil for so many weeks the pain is now sporadic. I really feel for him .

Glad you're feeling better. Could have been a virus that decided to attack your back etc. It might pay you to purchase some effervecent pills (co-codomol or solferdene) for pains such as you've had, they act quickly as they're disolved before you take them. Worked a treat when I had chicken pox and shingles a few years back.

The difference, of course, is that John had a fanbase, so people wanted to hear about John and Josie together, they both knew that and so tweeted about each other. They knew that they were known as a couple, whereas Josie is now know by many as just Josie - her twitter followers go up all the time, these are people that watch her on TV and are interested in her as her, not part of a couple.

I also think that Josie may have learned to keep some of her life to herself, and also that she may have been advised to do so.
