Kay - followed the instructions, found the my first thread, but there was no search option and, as I think I only did one post on that thread - wasn't prepared to read it all although great to see Amber and Katie's names there amongst so many others

I did post a thread from the General discussion thread I think it was, that was about more smilies - posted it for Wendy a few weeks ago, I presume you haven't been on there to see. DS answered ages ago that they will not be doing more smilies.

Add Evening Primrose Oil and Omega 3 & 6 (I can't afford to keep supplying the thread
) And remember to take EVERY day - will take approx 10 days to take effect (maybe less) but if you have achy limbs etc they will make a difference If Cod Liver Oil doesn't work - might be best to get out the WD40

Glad you're feeling better. Could have been a virus that decided to attack your back etc. It might pay you to purchase some effervecent pills (co-codomol or solferdene) for pains such as you've had, they act quickly as they're disolved before you take them.

I'll bear that in mind if the pains come back. I think a lot of it has to do with my posture, too much crouching over the lappy probably

BIB: The thought of that terrifies me lol. No-one knows of my obsession and I sometimes think anyone who knows me and reads some of my posts, will be able to identify me easily. I then try to convince myself that would be ok because obv they would also be obsessed or else they wouldn't be here (unless they were haters and lurked here to see what the "saddos" are saying now
