Does anyone know where I can order official HTC chargers/leads? (i.e the plug bit and the cable). We've ordered some generic ones before for the company and they've been a bit rubbish so were trying to source proper HTC ones.

Must admit I've not ahd any problems charging my Desire S form just about any old USB power source.

I have the charger that came with it, one for my work Blackberry (uses the same mini USB plug) and the iPad charger (plug the lead from the Desire into the base section). And a USB port in the car, USB ports on various PCs Apple Macs etc etc.

OK some might take longer to charge fully but they all work fine. Perhaps you are using really low power devices or really cheap and nasty ones? The Desire charger is 1A which is not excessive really.

I managed to get a car charger for my HTC Desire from Amazon. It cost 85p plus £1.20 P&P. It's working fine, has been for months. DON'T spend a fortune, it just ain't worth it!

This is the cheapest I could fine, slightly more than 85p though at £1.99! lol (£16.99 on HTC site)

Oh, and if you want the "real thing" HTC Mains Charger on Amazon £4.30! (£11.99 on HTC site)

Just the HTC USB cable £1.24 (It's £8.49 on the HTC site)
