It will be one of those warm hits that is usually released around late autumn/winter time like 'the silence', 'i hate this part', 'love you more', 'what about now', 'run' etc. It is one of those hits that relates to the time of year and winter, it will be, when the video comes out, which is set in Iceland. I can imagine it being set in a mountain type of area and when the bridge part comes on towards the end or the big chorus, the whole sky will light up in northern lights, with all the girls standing on the edge of a mountain.

If you like it is this years big winter ballad, like 'the silence' was for me last december.

I can't see it charting very high though. It's got nothing on Issues or Missing You.

I disagree it is one of the catchiest songs from them ever I think. It grew on me in the first listen. I do like the 2 songs above though, but this is going to be big for them.

Starts off so promising and then comes that chorus....
Is it just me or does the chorus sound completely off? Sounds like a group of girls doing karaoke on a sat night where they are all screeching in unison with NO attempt at harmonising. Just sounds very rough on the ears like it is a demo or something and not the finished product.
Must be just me though as no one else has mentioned it.

No, just you.
They still maintain the best harmonies of any girl group, ever.

No need to be so rude and dismissive
And you're right, En Vogue have nothing on The Sats harmony-wise.

I disagree, the sugababes in any form have had amazing harmonies. Although I will say The Saturdays do have great harmonies.

Hardly a 'power ballad' as Rochelle described it but the intro is VERY Xmasy (which I love) and the chorus is really sweet and feel good.

It seems a bit bland in comparison to Notorious (which had a very interesting structure, tons of hooks and voice effects) and All Fired Up (a huge club, Ibiza type anthem) but it's exactly what The Sats need. Their first ballad since Issues!

Nope, it's not just you. I also felt it was something odd about the chorus but couldn't really name it. And I see what you mean about them trying to harmonize but it hardly gel together.
And James-Dean, some objectivity wouldn't go a miss - if there's a girlband who just can't harmonize, it's them!? they can sing but as band their vocals don't blend together...

agreed, imho its their weakest track to date... totally underwhelming and unremarkable.

Well after numerous listens I'm afraid it's not grown on me in the slightest, it's a decent track on an album but it's not a worthy single release.

You're joking right? Yes. there are better harmonies out there but to say their vocals dont blend together is ridiculous, just watch any live lounge performance they've done and you'll be proved wrong.

I agree. It's a nice track and i like it, but it's not worthy of a single release. I'll be happy to listen to it on the album.. Would i go out and buy it as a single? Hell no.

I don't think it is. You're right, they sounded great in the live lounge performance they did of INAD but after watching/hearing their live performances on TV shows and their V festival slots where presumably they sung live, their harmonies were just terrible! I just don't think their vocals blend naturally together or there's something wrong in the way they're being coached vocally when harmonizing.

They are certainly better at harmonising than Girls Aloud were.

Meh, it's a bit bland. And I'm afraid I'm in the camp of thinking their vocals sound like a mish mash.
