Wow, I was actually very pleasantly surprised by that. I LOVE that song, and I must have about 20 different covers of it on my iTunes - I really enjoyed her version, up until the choir... although I can't tell if that worked or not, purely because it's a very typical 'Syco' thing to do to add a choir to a song at the end lol.

Either way, very nice.

I agree, got vibes of 'Wild Horses' but the choir part ruined the atmosphere.

I find it quite chilling!

yeah definitely, I just posted it on twitter and used 'eerie'... I'm mad they put the choir in, it would have been amazing if they'd kept it really stripped back for the whole song.

Incredible. I can't help but just shut up and listen when she sings. Her tone and control is so far beyond that of 90% of other female artists selling today.

This is why I don't have any problem with shows like BGT or X Factor. Would anyone have given this woman a chance otherwise?

Agreed. Her version of Wild Horses is phenomenal. She's a true talent if you ask me.

I think she is too. She's very versatile, she has a lovely tone to her voice, and she sings with feeling. A LOT of feeling.
I like this cover a lot.

Oh my Ears

Think I'd enjoy silence a whole lot more

Nice enough cover but what really makes the song are the atmospheric synths in the original.

A great cover. Not at all what we would have expected from her. Hopefully it will make a few people sit up and listen.

I'm a huge DM fan and I do think she has a great voice, but I don't really like this cover version at all.

I was a bit shell shocked when I heard this yesterday-its very very good IMO.

I love the original big time though.

Jesus. That's a f***ing abortion of a song. If I were Martin Gore I'd sue.
