Well I think its for the best really, usually I can think of ideas for most characters in EE but apart from the odd comedy moment here and there, I don't see much of a future for the Ferreiras on EastEnders. And lets face it, they haven't really been one of EE's finest moments. It makes sense that they have been kept on all this time as indeed a number of the cast have either left, got pregnant, been suspended, sacked or taken "breaks" And that wouldn't have been so bad but their storylines have been rubbish and pointless and they're just not doing anything for the show. They've been a flop from the beginning, another year on the show won't suddenly make them a Watts for Mitchell family. Lets clear them out, and make way for hopefully better researched and constructed characters.

I actually feel sorry for them, so I actually do hope they stay. Louise Berridge should go before they do...and have a new producer try and do something worthwhile with them. Then if that fails, they should go.
