on the subject of Matt being very far down the charts on Irish iTunes, which was available today, with virtually zero airplay or promotion from any quarter, Syco, Columbia or the Irish media...some thoughts :
Imagine..I didn't even have an itchy nose after my name being mentioned lots this am lol
Basically I agree with all of the above....& can I just say I can't believe that wkd was suffering a crisis of confidence
Glad you're ok now tho!!
I mentioned already that I have heard virtually nothing of RFYL on my radio, apart from hearing it regularly on my local country station (which would account for at least 10 of those 66 plays!) & Once on 2FM the national station which has probably half of the listenership of under 35's in Ireland, Today FM being the other half.
That'll be it, the promotion will start after the weekend..as I think I mentioned last night to Pie, he can't be in 2 places at once you guys..he'll be everywhere here next wk (or better be, or Im going over there to drag him over meself...Winnebago & all

And to reiterate Liz, Crabbie, Dharma etc, Yes he was immensely popular in Ireland, the XF tag wouldn't have helped him in the meantime, during the lull, where he disappeared completely (at least you all had the odd Red Top pic or "Rant" to remind you of who he is & what he's doing.
He does need to be interviewed, and to just get his music out here & for people to fall in love all over again, and Bob's our uncle yay!!
Now where were we??......................oh ya, hallooooo everybody..Thank Crunchie it's Friday! (&now I'm gone to read back on the day!)”
