What's your favourite Tour DVD of an artist or group?
My personal favourite DVD is the Will Young "Live in London" one, I Just love it
The whole show was one big spectacle and was so amazing, and great to be able to see Will dance as well as sing Certainly no miming like some artists do now![]() Here's a sample from it of "Fridays Child" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvpv7...eature=related I also liked The Scissor Sisters, when I saw them a few years ago. It was a glorious, colourful spectacle Don't think there's a DVD of that though? (What's happened to them? Are they still around?) |

I will second that emotion, watching this sends chills up the spine, how awesome would it have been to witness the concert live? |

For me it was Leona Lewis - Labyrinth tour - after going to the concert it was great to have it captured on dvd - just love it.
Also I really enjoy Bryan Adams concerts on dvd, particularly the one in Japan. |

Take That - The Circus Tour (was just as magical as when I went)
Girls Aloud - Live in Wembley (The sound was amazing and the style of filming made the show 10x better) |

![]() I also love Madonnas Confessions DVD and Kylies Fever Tour DVD. I wish i'd have seen both those in person. Both are stunning. Beyonces I Am DVD is great too. Every single show she played had sections recorded so the final DVD has bits from all venues she played at, included the Newcastle show I went too. It's only about 5 seconds mind. MJs Bucherest DVD (which was mentioned above) is nice in that it's his only DVD. But i find the sound terrible. I like to rip the audio off live DVD for my iPod, but I couldn't with this DVD. The way it's been chopped and changed ruined it. I wish Sony would pull their fingers out and released his Bad and HIStory tours! |

Ok, it isn't out on DVD yet but The Monster's Ball is my favourite. I loved the way HBO edited it. Several broadcast concerts are usually edited terribly so you usually end up seeing about 10 songs but the whole tour was covered amazingly in those 2 hours plus the other scenes involving the backstage and the Opening at the start.
I really really want this out on dvd. I like this thread by the way |

Madonna's Who's That Girl Tour DVD, Drowned World and Confessions Tour DVD. All are amazing, although the first one is poor quality video-wise.
Kylie's Showgirl Homecoming is also amazing on DVD, as is the X concert. Tori Amos Live in Montreux on Bluray is spectacular. Britney live in Las Vegas is fun. Celine Dion A New Day... Bluray... Amazing. The best quality music bluray I've ever seen or heard. The opening piano is stunning, it's like it's infront of you. |

Scissor Sisters are working on a new album apparently. I don't know when you saw them, but they have done 2 DVDs - 'We Are Scissor Sisters & So Are You' and 'Hoorah, a Year of Ta-Dah!' Both are really good shows and definitely worth getting if you like the band.
![]() My favourite is: Pink - Live From Wembley Arena. Amazing. |

Take That - The Circus Tour Live
A joy to watch, lots of fun stuff going on and for a live show the singing is as good as it would be in the studio. |
