Charlie from The Keys is such a great contestant this year,I really want to express my feelings on him. When I see him, I see so much potential in him and I'm sadden that he's part of the Keys as I feel they hold him back from his true potential. Seeing him at the end in preview made me feel so proud of him and I don't even know him. I've never felt this way about a contestant and I'm going to so sad if he doesn't make it through, Charlie is really special to me for some reason. I'm rooting for Charlie all of the way!!!!!

I LOVE Charlie aswell, would love him Solo, but dont think he'd do well that way, so in a group I am happy with.

Glad I'm not alone, I dunno what it is about him, but he just seems like such an inspirational person to me. I guess the thing that the Keys do for him is show off how good he is.

So agree, today in the performance, Charlie was just completely stand out.

He would be better as a solo artist, I personally feel that his backing singers (!) hold him back and aren't as good as him. Sometimes I've heard their harmonies sounding a little off?

I think he would be fantastic as a solo artist, and he would make it into the top 16, but I dunno, I don't think he'd make it all the way as much as I'd like him too, in a group I feel he has a better chance, as long as he's selling records in some form, I'll be happy.

I definietly agree, Charlie is definitely a solo artist - check out some of his covers on YT, they are amazing and I want to buy his solo album!

He's only got 400ish fans, he deserves more than that on there.

My daughter and I both like him, but weren't too keen on the rest of The Keys. He has a lot of potential - standout voice. It will be interesting to see how the new group pans out on the live shows.

So glad that Tulisa made an exception on Charlie, and gave him a second chance. Just think had it been another judge he would have been lost like the rest of the keys.


Sorry to the other Keys but they were trying to cash on a one man talent, Charlie could have been solo. He is with a better group, the Risk now. They have got some good singers there, but still think Charlie may have missed his chance as a serious solo artist.
