3 network problems
Is anybody else having trouble sending/receiving texts on 3?
It's been a problem now since Wednesday. Texts are taking up to 5 hours to arrive, yet sometimes they come through instantly. It is also taking several attempts sometimes to even send a text out. And my signal keeps dropping unexpectedly. My friend who is on 3 is also having similar problems.... My flat already suffers from poor signal reception, but it's happening when out and about in Edinburgh during the day too. It's starting to get on my nerves now as people are sending through texts and I'm not receiving them. :\ |

I think its fair to say that all of the mobile networks have issues from time to time, perhaps some more than others as research and complaints statistics prove.
I am sure your texts will return to normal soon but if you have a poor signal in your area you should ask neighbours and friends locally what might be a better alternative. |

Mikay, give Three a tweet in the morning at @ThreeUKSupport and I'm sure they can tell you what the problem is, either scheduled maintenance or a problem with your local transmitter.

Twitter accounts for most of the networks including three's new customer service account mentioned above are in the handy FAQ thread pinned to the top of this forum
![]() ![]() They're @OrangeHelpers ![]() Also the customer service T-Mobile accountnt isn't listed, their name is @TmobileUKhelp |

Okiedokie, just thought id let ya know cos i wasn't sure if i could post in that pinned thread lol
![]() I hit alert and asked the mods to add the new 3 customer service twitter last week and they did quite promptly so I've just done the same thing with the t-mobile and orange one so hopefully will be sorted. Keeps the post tidier too if the original post is edited rather than having updates throughout the thread as demonstrated by the unlocking and porting threads linked in that thread which used to be stickied too |
