BB9300 Headset help wanted...
Can anyone tell me how I can get my BB9300 to automatically send incoming calls to my headset when it's plugged in? I can't find an option in any of the menus - I even downloaded an app which auto answers your calls, but that ignores the headset. The phone obviously recognises when the headset is plugged in as only then does it offer me the option to switch the call to it. The headset's not much good as a hands-free if I have to pick up the phone, accept the call and then transfer the call to the headset, is it?
I'm beginning to suspect that this is a 'feature' of the phone. Can anyone help? |

The problem turned out to be down to the headset. It was a Plantronics one, advertised as 'fully Blackberry compatible' but this wasn't quite true. As soon I plugged the pukka BB headset in, the problem disappeared. Now all I need to do is find a BB headset that loops over the ear, rather the in-ear type which won't stay in my ear.
