I didn't think much of him when he was in the show last October but since his return in February, I've loved him. I love how complex he is and I think we'll see some vulnerability this week.

When he arrived I didn't like him, then during the Ronnie stuff I hated him and now I'm indifferent to him. Not sure if that's an improvement...

Not into him afraid. A strange character. Not sure that he is a convincing baddie if I am honest.

I would say he's more a schemer like Janine than an out-and-out baddie. They have similar backgrounds and emotional issues. They have learned to be selfish from a young age due to their experiences and feelings of abandonment, and although they long to be loved, they go about gaining love and acceptance completely the wrong way. What's the male version of a soap bitch?

I like the complexity of his character. He was a dull, slimy 2D womanising 'cheeky chappie' when he first arrived, and that blatantly didn't work. I like the darker direction they took the character in when he returned in February this year.

I don't think he's supposed to be a 'baddie' - it will be interesting to see if he goes much worse after Eddie leaves or better... |

Indifferent towards him... In fact, I'm pretty bored of his character so I hope he doesn't stick around for too long.

I liked him from the start. He is such a complex character. It`s love/hate with Michael for me. With Ronnie he thought he`d found someone who understood him & was a soulmate but although she was very understanding he took her compassion for love for him so when she told him that she wasn`t interested in him in that way he felt the need for revenge. I didn`t lik it when he set her up giving the impression that she was trying to take Tommy away again. I really enjoyed him trying to bring Eddie down, I felt Eddie deserved it. Tyler appears to be the favourite son so I liked Michael when he set Tyler up. I don`t like what he is doing to Vanessa. Eddie is supposed to be broke after Anthony bet on Tyler to lose, a very sensible bet to me. I thought that Tyler winning was ridiculous. He doesn`t have a boxer`s physic or strength. I didn`t like the way that Mihael fell for Eddie`s explanantion, it was unrealistic. For me Michael still wouldn`t trust Eddie or believe him. The £8000 that Anthony used to bet against Tyler was ill-gottten gains as he had ripped off Cora, Eddie deserved to lose it. I think Michael should leave Vanessa alone, if Eddie is broke how can she be a golddigger? Vanessa is a woman who has problems too, she can`t live without a man in her life. Yes, she does like nice things but I don`t see that she`s going to get them from Eddie, I believe she likes him. Michael is jealous of anyone getting close to Eddie, hence the Tyler fight. Eddie isn`t the nice person he pretends to be. He`d sell his grandmother (if she was still alive) if he could make money out of her. Although I still like Michael as a character I don`t like what he is doing. I don`t see him as a baddie because in his mind the things he does have valid reasons, although they are irratiional to the rest of us. Finding his mother dead after commiting suicide was very traumatic but Eddie making out that it was Michael`s fault because he came in late was evil. He shouldn`t have left a 6 year old Michael alone with someone who, according to Eddie, was mentally unstable. One poster said that Michael is like Janine whih is wrong. Janine doesn`t have Michael`s complexity, she is just greedy & will do anything to get money without working for it. Janine is past her sell-by date in EE, the character has nowhere to go. The ideal end would be for Janine to end up in prison for a very long time her past crimes. I prefer Michael. .
