It was an epic song, very defining of the mid-2000's r'n'b/urban pop scene.I'm not sure about it being THE No.1, but then again I completely disagree with the theory that there should be a No.1 song for the decade.I don't think ONE song, regardless of how good and successful it was, should represent an entire decade.But CIL is a classic, so it deserved to be one of the 20 best songs of the 00's.
