Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Ace from Virgin Mobile, being an existing customer with an old PayG tarrif, they (apparently) transferred it on to contract and sent out the phone.
The phone arrived last Monday, the sim card didnt. When I phoned them up, they have no record of any contract being set up and the number relates to a pay and go tarrif. They didn't seem to concerned (it was an indian call centre) and finished the call.
Debating weather to phone them up and get them to set up the contract or keep the phone (after all it's their cock up)
