I laughed like a drain at Nanna's line. I found the episode generally hit and miss. I loved Peggy running around the square like queen bee and especially the undertone that so much had gone on she didn't know about which totally undermined the position she has for herself in her head.
I found the Miller's storyline about the non-marriage a little forced, but I did LIKE the fact there were extras paid to be at the wedding that we didn't know. I prefer that to just the cast of people who hate each other being at the wedding - which it actually was. I'd have found it more believable if the wedding ceremony had been at a registry office (Sam is after all divorced) with just family (some of whom woudl be extras we didn't know) and then the reception with the Square residents.
Also how many Albert Street Weddings have to have the Red and White theme, wasn't that Kat and Andy's and Kat and Alfie's?
matt_Thecolin - Peggy HAD just seen Aunt Sal, she said when she arrived that she'd left Sal's early but Sal was getting a later train.
piston - Rosie agreed to work for beer.
