2) They have 'sections' but overall it's just like a huge arena without a roof.

it does and of course it has a retractable roof as well so you don't get wet when it rains

Although the biggest stadia such as Wembley can hold up to 90,000, many artists have done concerts at some of the smaller stadia such as the Stadium of Light (Sunderland - capacity 49,000), Elland Road (Leeds - capacity about 40,000) and the Ricoh Arena (Coventry - capacity about 32,000).

So actually a stadium tour could take in venues with capacities of anything between around 30,000 and 90,000.

My mistake, it was in Sweden and holds 119,709.

I have heard rumours of a show in Sunderland for a while,. Stadium of light would be closer to 60000 for concerts

I saw Celine Dion in Croke Park Stadium, 80,000 people. LOVED it! And the stadium venue made it more enjoyable.
