No, VAT is already added.
The new 3G data connection isn't even HSPA+ is it? Just standard HSDPA/HSUPA speeds as currently offered by O2 etc. albeit better than on the iPhone 4 which has somewhat crippled HSPA performance. All this is doing is giving the iPhone the same capability as dozens of other phones already on the market.

4S isn;t available in 8GB so its £499 for 16GB, but I want to know what pricing is for 64GB version.

Irrelevant. UK data speeds won't get reliably above 14 Mbps before the 4S is superseded.

for America it's $100 on top for each size upgrade, I'm guessing it'll be something like £650 for a 64gb.
Guys, if you were going to buy the iphone 4 but heard there was a press conference about to start so decided to wait for the "iphone 5" ... Though you were let down, would you buy the 4S or the iphone 4? Or wait til like 2020 for the iphone 5?!

I totally disagree. Three are completing their 21Mbps HSPA+ rollout at the moment. The iPhone 4S won't be able to make use of the coverage technologies that are already out there!
Proves again that you never get the best available hardware specs with Apple....

I'm in the same boat as you. The dual core and better camera from the 4S is tempting, but I think I'm going for the 4.

Wha?! 64GB is $399 in the US and £499 here - fabulous. Shame, I was with it til then, all I really wanted was better battery life, better phone reception and a better camera.

Nowhere near to completing!
I said reliably above 14 Mbps... Patchy coverage without the necessary backhaul capacity to consistently deliver high bandwidth doesn't count.

UK prices are SIM free, US prices given in the presentation were with a 2 year contract.
