Wait for upgrade or not?

Hey everyone,

I am currently in a contract with Orange where I can either upgrade at the end of December or leave them in March, at the moment I receive 300 minutes for £25 (pricey compared to other deals I've seen) & I have a Blackberry.

I really wanna get my hands on a Samsung Galaxy S2, should I either lower my contract with Orange until March, when I can leave them meanwhile take out another contract elsewhere with this phone?

Phones4u have offered me an auto chequeback of £120 to go towards an early termination fee if i was to leave Orange, and the phone I want.

Or should I just be patient & wait and upgrade with Orange/leave them in March without a charge (this is my last resort!)
Also, anyone else have experience of going for the chequeback offer? or managed to get anything any earlier from Orange?
I did think of going back to Orange & telling them I wish to disconnect now & dropping the hint that Phones4u have offered to pay the disconnection fee for me, just to see if they come up with anything better

I really don't know but that sounds good about the chequeback of £120 if I had that I would leave T mobile and have a new phone only thing I would want is at least 1GB of interent data a month.
