Turtle Beach P11 Headset

Amazon currently have these on sale - £34 Delivered. Mine should arrive tomorrow.

Anyone else got them? They have great reviews. I'm also wondering whether to get the DSS processor as this will turn them into a 7.1 Headset.

I think I read somewhere that you need the P21 headset for the 7.1 thingy to work, I believe it was one of the reviews on amazon.

The DSS processor works with any stereo headphones, I have no idea how it works or if it's any good.

The cost on amazon for the DSS is £60.00 ish

I've been thinking about getting a pair of P11 from my local Tesco as they where (a couple of weeks back) £29.99. If you go for them let me know.

Turtle Beach headsets r good. I have the x41's and my son has the x11's. the 5.1 surround sound from them is amazing. U can hear things in-game that u hadnt noticed before. i.e foot-steps behind u and which direction gun-fire is coming from. I dont think u will get full 7.1 SS from games tho. I'm not sure about the Ps3 but the xbox 360 only does 5.1. 7.1 is mainly used in Blu-Ray films (i'm sure i'll be corrected if I have that wrong).

Enjoy ur headset

I have the wireless MW3 headset and it's great, so much better than the PS3 official headset.
