This brings o2 in line with the other networks who offer 3000 texts only.
I know that Virgin Media only offer 3000 texts.
For the majority of customers, 3000 texts is more than enough. Anybody who exceeds 2990 texts definately needs help and needs to get a life.”
I understand that people were using the 12000 texts for (automated) commercial use.
I think most people would understand why O2 would want to stop that. I also understand that 2990 is far more than most people could send. However, I stand by my comment that customers should have been informed,in advance, so that they could decide whether to buy/top-up for the next month.
