This should've been her second single. I think a lot of people liked Whip My Hair because it had a more urban feel to it. 21st Century Girl didn't appeal to those people, this is more likely too.

The song, um urgh. I forgot that Willow hasn't been blessed vocally. Whether she is 10 or not, her vocals are sloppy in general.
