Right, I have a genuine question regarding the (new/old look) iPhone 4S...

I'm sure I saw on the Digital Spy feed that Apple discussed battery improvements at their press meeting, but can't seem to find it now

Apple don't seem to be mentioning this as a benefit on their site, they specify other things like the 8mp Camera/Optics and Siri etc.

So my question; Has Apple made any improvements to the internal battery on the 4S

Thanks,

Charlie

Slightly more talk time on 3g but much less standby time. http://www.apple.com/iphone/compare-iphones/

Thanks Psionic!

Well I suppose anything's got to be better than my current 3Gs. I think the battery has become "lazy" and struggles to keep going for a day

Cheers,

Charlie

I don't think the battery has changed, it's the power usage. It has a better processor, maybe less juicy. Though if your user name reflects your car ownership, you know all about juicy.

Previous car and yes it was "juicy".

But now seen the light with a 335d. More power/torque, faster (although not round bends) and MPG is high 30s

Thanks for your help guys!

I've got an Impreza 2.5 and a forester XT The forester has an LPG conversion, so I don't care it does 22mpg

Faster CU needs less MHZ for same work = less battery needed.

Its also how the bigger phones get decent battery lifer.
