How Much does a Text too Australia Cost?

Im On O2 and free texts and internet for £10 Monthly.

i have free texts but it wont let me text My Auntie from australia altohugh my dad whos on the same plan can text her.

does it cost?
if so How Much?

It's not much.

35p for the text maybe?

Check-out 02's website for the actual price. I'm sure it won't break the bank to send a text to Auntie in Oz.

same as your normal rate eg free

its probably best to use the international format

eg +61 number

What did O2 say when you enquired, as they provide the service it stands a chance they know more than members on an internet forum?

Log into My O2 on the O2 Website (or use My O2 on O2 Active) , then you can see full details of your calling plan including the cost of an international text.

If you can't remember your username or password then see o2international.co.uk and choose your tariff name to see the costs.

My mum rang them for me and they said they didnt do one.

Also i tried texting my Autie and it said Sending Failed and my mum tried as well and it said she needed credit and my dad tried and it sent through

What kind of phone do you both have? Whatsapp would be very cost effective if you both have that option...
