Thanks for this Nicki - bumping into them again would have been amazing! I too hope things are calming down a bit between them. It does reassure me though that they are doing their own thing and not moving in together.

When would you consider the date/day that Farron got together. By this I mean the date they would or should mark as the anniversary of Farron. Would it be

1st date - day 10
1st Kiss- day 21
When they offically agreed they were in a relation - day???? (when Faye was dressed as a Zombie)

or

When Aaron left the house to join the real world and Faye was waiting.

Good question. I suppose it was the first day they kissed before that they were just friends.

Well in my own head I had them tagged as a couple from the date, Aaron said he fancied Faye then and to me (as a girl) I felt Faye had made it abundantly clear (as mud) that she fancied him The point is though Aaron is an ntelegent guy and he knew she fancied him, hence why he said he'd made a mistake to Mark after kissing Maisy. To me it was obvious they'd be together fromt he date. When Aaron kissed Maisy I was screaming "noooooooo" at the telly. I personally didn't think Faye overreacted (I'd have been exactly the same, as faye said they were on that track towards getting together) but the whole thing blew up mainly because of Tom and poor Maisy getting so upset!

Anyway, they were so on and off it's hard to really pick a moment, I suppose it's probably their first kiss cos even though they danced around whether they were in a relationship for weeks they both were acting like it from when they kissed!

I think Day 21 first kiss. Dont get me going on the whole Maisy thing again. I couldnt believe what I was watching. He did seem very confused at the outset about who he liked and who he didnt. I will never understand the whole Tom thing either. I do think Tom made it into something it clearly wasnt, But I also think Aaron gave him the wrong signals. All very confusing for my simple little mind.

Date night should have been the start but in the aftermath Faye for some reason took far to long to respond to Aaron. He told her he fancied her & although we as viewers could see she felt the same Faye never actually said it back. The attraction they had for each other was so obvious, I just think their insecurities stopped things from developing as they should have.

I'm with you re his kiss with Maisy, I was also shouting at the TV, However speaking as a red blooded male it wasn't so surprising I mean it's not everyday two gorgeous girls jump into your bed. No doubt it would have been hard to resist the temptation. It was just a real shame that Faye decided to leave & not the ultra horny Maisy. However if Faye had responded to Aaron properly after date night, then Maisy would have been nowhere near his bed.

It's kind of hard to pick a moment but it should have been Date night. Maisy in practical terms happened but in both Aaron & Faye's minds I suspect they wanted each other. I agree with that. I do feel that Tom over-reacted and I really didn't like him for a while after that, but I agree that Aaron was giving him the wrong signals. I remember at the time wondering whether Aaron was bi because I did think at times he was flirting with Tom. And then there were those conversations about waiting to talk on the outside because he couldn't discuss it in there. Don't know what that was about


I agree that without kissgate Faye and Aaron would have taken longer to get together. I still think they would have got together in the house but Faye wouldn't have opened up about how she felt so early. I also think that kissgate made Faye realise just how much she really did like Aaron.

Aaron kissing Maisy definately made Faye realise imo. I'm not sure when you could say their start date is from tbh, but their kiss is probably the most logical.

It was pretty obvious to us way before they started to say it to each other imo. One of the worst things about the F & F nominations was that the night before they had had a huge heart to heart conversation - we never saw any of it but it was mentioned a few times and of course Faye couldn't stop smiling when she was not telling Louise

I'm so glad they are not rushing anything now they are out - living together etc. Slow and sensible hopefully augers well for their future together

I think another major factor that drove for Kissgate to happen was Faye's attitude towards Aaron after their date. Once Aaron had declared his feelings to Faye, she still seemed undecided between him and Jay. There was also her regular teasing of Aaron about him possibly being bisexual, and her offering to help him out with the ladies, or along 'on his journey', and whatnot. Looking back now, it would seem this behaviour was due to a mixture of her slightly insecure nature, and having seen similar banter once they'd gotten together, it probably was mostly banter.

However, I could see at the time how all this could appear as Faye giving off mixed signals, and possible 'cooling off' her initial interest in Aaron. I get the feeling that Aaron felt as if he was being 'friend-zoned' as a result. Then, of course, there was the night of the kiss with Maisy. There had obviously been a few drinks going around. All three were in bed. Faye decides to get out of bed and specifically asks Aaron to "spoon Maisy". I think, in Aaron's mind, this may have been the final straw with regards to the possibility of Faye actually fancying him. Partly due to his slightly tipsy state, and maybe combined with a slight frustration at the rejection (as he saw it) from Faye, along with "The little one saying she was horny ", he duly obliged to Faye's request, and then added a little on top himself .

The aftermath of the whole incident obviously uncovered Faye's true feelings for Aaron. He seemed genuinely surprised by her reaction, and as a result seemed to be disappointed in himself at having hurt Faye as it turned out he did. Aaron's explanation to Faye at the time was "It should have been you". We didn't see him explain it to her in any further detail as far as I can remember, and he certainly could have explained it better.. maybe he did and it wasn't shown.

At the end of the day, it did help them get closer as a couple, and maybe have even accelerated the process. It certainly made for a good couple of days viewing!

I have to admit on first watch I felt that although Faye wasn't massively clear that she liked Aaron, it was pretty obvious to us and Aaron, especially as Aaron told Mark that Faye had said she liked him but he still liked Louise best. Most viewers knew and most Aaron/Faye fans knew it was on the cards that they'd get together.

However on second watch I can see how Faye's constant brother/ stedad/are you bi /I'll be your best friend comments could have caused confusion.

Aaron is intellegent and could probably see she fancied him but she was very mixed with her messages.


Of course it's obvious she was pushing him to go against those comments and say he didn't want to be her brother etc, but it must have been confusing!

But I'm deffo cutting Aaron more slack this time round over kissgate I reckon (although haven't got there yet!). Don't know what I'll think of Maisy this time! She made me soooo mad (not for kissing him, not her fault, but for going on bout it soo much) but I loved her out of thehouse
