I need 500 minutes, 500 texts and 500MB of data. I looked through 6 months of bills to work that out. The best deal for anyone in a similar position is as follows.

i think the problem is that they're fine until there's a problem, then you find out how bad their customer support is.

On the previous page i posted a deal total cost for 1 year is £739
add in the £59 cash back too. take its too £680

You're paying £680 and getting a phone and 1 year of service.
I'm paying just £135 more and getting an entire year of service on top for that extra £135. I know who's winning there.

If you say so, i would much rather be in a 12month contract then a 18 or 24 and have the freedom to get a new phone after 12 months.
if need be, after the 12months i could go to giffgaff pay £10 a month get as little as 250mins, unlim texts and data. £120 for 12months
minutes are not a massive deal for me, texts and data will be
you can't always count quidco either since it could take anywhere up to a year for the cashback to actually happen.
