Hi guys,just quickly popping back on to say that im not abandoning matt as i still love him to bits and thought he was good last night esp on xtrafactor.Im so glad im not going to come back to DS when i see that disgusting thread on MF,i cannot understand the mentality of these people but its their problem not mine.i will miss u guys.

I just thought I'd put the positive posts together. There were 33 smilies so I had to disable them just to avoid having to go back and spend hours deleting.

Seriously though, what's with all the miserablism?? So what if the MF is having a field day? I've ordered from play and have always received items early or on the day of release. Never received anything late. Maybe i've just been very lucky so far.

3-5 days is from the date it's dispatched (ie leaves their stock to be delivered and the date your card is charged) Play.com tend to dispatch on the Wednesday or Thursday, HMV are generally quicker because they have a 2-5 day policy

Tin hats ahoy out there isn't it, it's disappointing the single isn't doing better, I'm not going to lie about that but the signs are all there that the album will sell comfortably, not in record breaking numbers, perhaps not even achieving the number one POSITION but comfortably and will keep on selling, of that I have no doubt.
I know a lot of people who are Matt fans who wouldn't dream of buying a single when the album follows a week later, he is definitely more of an albums artist. The signs are encouraging for his album. At HMV he's only behind Noel Gallagher and Coldplay, which given the amount of sales they have garnered between them in their career, is nothing to be ashamed of!
Over at Play.com, he is behind those two again and young artists who have a large demand to order off that site because of the lure of signed copies (Olly, The Wanted, JLS) so again none too shabby
And at Amazon, he is doing fine, currently top of the pre releases.

Sales from the supermarkets are sure to be strong too so try not to let the undertakers out there who have been keen to bury his career since the moment he won, get you down

Well I'm glad you're all getting your copies. I've had a huge apology from Play, but that doesn't really make up for the disappointment

I'll live. At least I've got the unsigned album with acoustic tracks to look forward to

Just popping in from the LLAT, take heart everyone, the MF is dire, I think they just hate successful music performers from XF, Leona takes some bashing on there. I have bought my copy and also ordered the album. Good luck Matt, I enjoyed his performance last night.
