Does anyone have a WORKING O2 customer service number?

I've tried calling them on the number on their website (08448090202) but it keeps telling me that the line is busy...they don't put me on hold or anything, whereas that used to be the case when I've called them in the past. Surely a call centre line will always be busy

I've looked everywhere and I can't find a number that works. Any help greatly appreciated!

Have you tried calling 4445 from your phone?

It could well be because of the serious outage at RIM, all providers are being inundated with calls from Blackberry owners.

Incidentally, for contract customers its 202 from the handset.

Thaniks guys, but I can't call from my phone as O2 have stopped my service for some reason...that's why I need to call them in the first place.
Oh and what's this about an outage and Blackberry? I have a Blackberry, is that why my phone won't make or accept calls?

EDIT: I've just read that it only affects the BBM and email...but I have no signal at all, the 02 logo that's usually displayed at the top of the screen is missing...it's been like that for nearly a week!

I used their online "guru" thing last week as I couldn't remember my password for my account, all in all a no hassle experience, my password was reset and they unblocked international calls on my mobile. I also used the BT online live chat the other week and that worked well too. It may be worth trying that, but it sounds like that might be too busy too if there's a problem at the moment.
