"Oh my god, Kyle got the dog we wanted!" is hardly the stuff of classic storylines Neighbours.

I do like how Vanessa shrugs off the rather suspicious act of going for a job at Lassiters as pure coincidence
I've talked about the Lucas to attractive women ratio before, but he does (unrealistically) well doesn't he?! No doubt when Kate makes the Vanessa/Lucas connection she'll just have to say something even though it's got NOTHING TO DO WITH HER!! |

And I love how Vanessa is just willing to spill her life story to anyone who will listen. First blurting out her pregnancy to Sonya last week, now making besties with Kate. I don't trust this one.

This Vanessa is pregnant storyline is unintentionally hilarious.
I love the way practically everyone on the street is getting involved in her and Lucas' personal business and how happy she is to announce/talk loudly in public places about her pregnancy/baby-daddy drama! .Love the dog. Jade should be more grateful, that puppy is an awesome present!

everyone and their dog is mad at lucas for supposedly getting that new lady to lose the job but he did nothing of the sort. paul guessed she was pregnant with lucas denying that a few days ago, lucas even today was still denying it and also denied that he was the father to paul when he asked.
its strange how all his friends are ditching him for this new woman and they dont even know who she is. still not confirmed that lucas is the father. sorry for treating this soap seriously again but sometimes the show is just so stupid

I agree but I don't agree about the puppy, I'm afraid even though it is gorgeous (see post yesterday). Was that a special birthday that Jade was celebrating as it seemed a little over the top. Kate I see is interfering yet again Why is everybody taking the word of a complete stranger? Why are all soaps being plot driven and not character driven as they should be?

I could happily never see scenes of Lucas angrily riding his motorbike ever again.

Lucas and the motorbike is a bit like Michael and his surf board, where you'd just see a shot of him looking into the distance on the empty beach.
Used to drive me mad. Surely those shots were reused each time.

He has been wearing that that red and black jacket since the beginning of time, I remember when he was dating Elle, he always had it on! You would think with the inheritance, he could afford a new coat!
