Dream sequences shouldn't be a) that long when it's bloody obvious it's a dream sequence, and b) that bloody boring.

Still, in your face, Kate! He loves Jade, you tart!

I agree and that wasn't at all obvious was it, Charlotte being the one to try and interrupt Jade's phone call. Tasha had a cheek expecting Karl to put her up and taking over his clothes and shopping, why are people putting up with the spoilt brat,. Sheila keep your beak out you interfering old bat, all in all a drag of an episode. Tomorrow's doesn't look much better either.

Why does Sheila want Karl to dump Jade and fancy Kate instead so much?

"Don't worry Karl, you are SO not the hot doctor type." Tash is so much fun to watch, no matter how bratty she's being I feel for her.

Kate's dream, like so much Kate-related stuff, was tedious. Kyle's sure lucky he didn't end up with some stranger from the charity option mind, I doubt they'd be as sympathetic after bidding so much for him. It just feels like Kate's so desperate - why has she chosen to go after her friend's boyfriend? There honestly isn't anyone else she can find in Erinsborough? If the writers were trying to make me sympathetic in that last shot, it didn't work.

Sheila sure likes to use "Canning family law" for emotional manipulation doesn't she?

That's what i thought. i just gave a satisfied 'ha!' to the TV I pray this is the end of it now, who thought i'd agree with uber-brat Sophie!

If it was anyone but Kate i'd feel sorry for her as she's clearly read the way Kyle jokes around with her as being more than it is

Sorry but today's really was boring, Karl arguing with the band, Kate and her obsession with Kyle and pretending she couldn't go to the yard because it was too hard for her in order to stop the battle axe from getting the books

I liked how the 'Monday on Neighbours' preview was just going along with all the boring Andrew/Summer stuff when it suddenly took a darker turn with an ominous stranger appearing...

(I wish i didn't know who it was, spoilers in general are almost unavoidable these days )

So Rani love, have you never heard of stranger danger? "Hi I'm Rani, I know your son and his family next door, they're nice. Sonya has a nursery. Okay, thanks for the chat!"

I kept drifting off today as it definitely isn't holding my attention, I can't put my finger on why it is so off recently

Really enjoying...Tash/Michael, Chris/Lucas homophobia - well done to Andrew today, Toadie/Sonya dynamic in light of the shopping centre development and Susan/Karl/Jim aftermath.

I agree that Neighbours is a great soap. I love it! For me, there's just something about it that's very appealing. All the characters gel very well together. I'm a MASSIVE fan of this soap. Just brilliant!

I rather enjoy neighbours, I find it makes a nice change watching a soap that isn't all dark and depressing can't stand the rest of the soaps in the UK.

Today's episode was very strangely set up:

DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA with Sonya/Toadie/Troy
Paul flirts with that woman
MORE DRAMA
Paul flirts with that woman
DRAMA!!!

It was almost like 2 half episodes put together, but with none of it feeling like 'filler' (see Kate and Lou yestderday )

I'm glad they put in a bit of dialogue about how long it had taken Sonya to turn her life around. Now they can justify Troy still being a total git, even after therapy. Otherwise it might have been sending a bad message about how people cannot change. Now they can show that people can change, but it's not an overnight thing.

A few questions about today's episode:

When exactly did "Shane" and Jade's relationship happen?

Why wasn't it mentioned the last time "Shane" was about?

Why is Jade acting like she hasn't seen "Shane" in years when he was there only a few months ago?

We are supposed to forget. An episode that was mainly about cup cakes and Tash was talking as if she had been working at Charlie's for ages

I really like that new 'creepy' incdental music they've played to death since monday

My guess is Jade wasn't this mental about Troy last time because the writers have filled in Jade's character in the meantime and it made sense for her abusive ex to be Troy (Kind of like how Callum was Sonya's all along apparently)

Yes, poor episode, especially after all the excitement of the Toady/Sonya/Jade/Troy stuff.

I was going to say that cheesecake was mentioned but of course that still ends in cake, Oh well, that's my excitement over then. Why would any writers think that viewers would be gripped by a cake SL

Surely Red Cotton getting a record deal less than a week after leaving Andrew proves what a rubbish manager he is.. He was never that convincing anyway, every scene he's been in is just him on his phone trying to sound important

Today's episode was so thrilling i spent it wondering if Lucas has always had that tattoo on his wrist...
