got good recipe for mushroom dumpling

use 2pt pyrex basin butter the sides make some suet pastry, when ready to roll cut 2/3 and 1/3, roll 2/3 out and line basin slice mushrooms and fill . use tin of stewed steak, warm though in microwave and strain meat from gravy, place on top of mushrooms, roll out 1/3 of pastry cover top and steam up to 2hrs till cooked, when removed from steamer cover with upside down plate turn over and it slides out, its bloody lovely then make your gravy using gravy you have saved,
