BT Chairmans email address
Does anyone on here know the Chairman of BT's email address?
I have read on some other forums that he is good at dealing with serious problems that have not been resolved by Customer Services. This information would be much appreciated. |

Nope he's the Chief Exec.
The best way to get the Chairman's Office involved is a letter of compliant to: Sir Michael Rake, Chairman, British Telecommunications plc., 81 Newgate Street, London EC1A 7AJ. (Odd that I know that address off by heart. )Under English corporate law the Chairman is responsible for the governance of a company and so he/she will always have a gang of trouble shooters attached to his/her office. Second a letter ALWAYS carries more weight. I always use this complaint technique - works every time! |
